Planning ahead a tad here, but I LOVE the name Huxley for a boy. DH hates it. I mean, Hux for a NN, I think its fab! Apparently there's a pig connection, is it that that isn't good?

My first thought was pig when I saw the title.
Don't think that's great
And if your dh hates it...

Aldous.

Sounds like a surname to me, tbh, but I've heard worse. Hux could be quite a cool nickname.

Yep, another 'Huxley Pig' association here!

How about Huckle? Like the cat in the Richard Scarry books. I quite like Huckle!

Sorry - first thing that went through my head was "who you gonna be today, Huxley Pig?"

I used to think pig until i met a little Huxley, the pig association wore off very quickly. If you can bring your dh round then don't worry about other people.

I know 2 little Huxley's!

I also think of Huxley pig... not sure if that is a good or a bad thing though Confused

Makes me think of Aldous.

I really like it, but think it would suit a dog or cat rather than a human.

Actually Aldous is pretty cool.

Huxleys a great name. makes me think of the brilliant Aldous Huxley.
Would work best, I reckon, on a big / tall child / adult.

It is fabulous. I know one, who is usually Hux. It is great. No porcine associations for me at all.
