Congratulations. Greta and Otto are wonderful. Beatrix would be a brilliant middle name (although maybe not for Otto).
All your girls names are nice, although Flora and Maeve are my least favourite.
Prefer Edwin to Edgar although it's nice enough, but don't like Milo or Hector at all - sound like the names of the kind of boys who turn up the collars of their rugby shirts. Ivo is cool and Gil as a nickname for Gilbert reminds me of Anne Of Green Gables, which is good. Hubert reminds me of Humbert Humbert, which isn't...

(and I would avoid Hector due to its meaning, to bully, torment, and the lack of nicknames - Heck...).

I really like Dora or Beatrix/Beatrice for a girl - maybe shorten to Betsy.

Love Edgar as I have one already!! some people find it really hard to pronounce though - we get Eggar, Egdar sometimes! Never met another one so far.

Love Greta and Otto - two of my favourites! Maeve and Beatrix are also nice from your girls' lists. Ivo's quite cute too.

Like most of these but not Maeve, Hector or Hubert (like Hugh and Robert but not this) and not so keen on Flora (margarine, though not for this reason). Really like Ivo, though would use as a nn for Ivan.
