Tianna is awful.

Report
PercyFilth · 18/05/2012 10:45

Sorry, I think it's awful too. Why not something more classic like Diana or Tania?

Report
lisaro · 18/05/2012 11:03

Sorry but it sounds a bit 'trailer trash' to me.

Googled Tianna:
#1 A golf course in Minnesota
#2 The entry of a 'retired American pornographic actress' on Wikipedia - I have no clue if she is well-known or not
#3 Baby name web site

If you're going to use it, spell it Tiana so you get the wholesome Disney associations of The Princess and the Frog! You can at least tell people that's where you heard it first when they ask because it does sound like something 'made up'.

Because she chose Tianna not Diana Hmm

Don't get why you would take time out to post reply just to say its awful or trailer trash that's not what I was looking for. I asked for middle name ideas not your opinions on the name I never tell anyone their chosen name is awful each to their own we all have diff tastes!!

@DaenerysTargaryen thank you x

I don't get it either babylove, I think Tianna is a pretty name. You can't please everyone with your name choice and you don't have to! My dd is called Anaiah (which I found in the BIBLE) And people still say to me 'oh, I don't like these made up names' Hmm its a hebrew name from one of the oldest books in the world! Some people just like to be rude :)

LowFlyingBirds · 18/05/2012 12:30

You didnt really find it in the bible though, did you?

Anyway op, the good thing about trying to find a name to go with Tianna is that the world is your oyster, you dont need to stick to convention, one made up name....why not two!

Very true ladies still got my options open as not 100% as i previously stated, its so hard! Anaiah is a lovely name. Do u know any good websites for names i feel like i've exhausted the internet lol but i know there must be loads of good sites.

OP - people have made negative comments because you said that you "weren't 100%" about the name. That leads people to believe that you might be open to other suggestions.
