Don't know why I am suddenly interested in names, as there's no chance that I'm even slightly pregnant, but the 2011 list of most popular US names has just been released:

Thanks for posting this, is v interesting particularly how much it differs from the UK chart - for example Ruby does not feature very near the top at all whereas names like Samantha which I would consider v eighties and Aubrey (surely a boy's name!) are in the top 20. I would imagine there is perhaps more regional variation in the US than there is here though.

26 people (Or 52 if both parents agreed) thought it was a good idea to call their twins Jayden, Jaylen. Confused

Twins with the same name, but one pronounced in a cockney accent. Quite brilliant.
