am i wrong here or is this just a terrible name especially when you nickname him ezer.
it could of course be a generational thing but there is only one thing that pops in to my head.

i am not doing it Grin i am having a grin but i have heard a friend of a friend dealy has called her son this and his nn is ezer. i assumed it would be eb or something but no ezer!

I think it'd be quite nice if it wasn't for the Scrooge thing. It's got quite a nice sound and like Eb, Eben, Ebby as a nn, but the connections are too strong and therefore cannot be used.

I had a distant Great-great-great grandfather called Ebenezer. Love it but no you can't. Sigh.
