Pascoe - know someone who named their son this, cornish version of Pascale (easter). Don't know any others though, sorry.

I've got a Celtic baby name book that has Cornish names in it. I'll try and take a look later.

I had Lowen on my list. It's Cornish for Happy. Samson, one of the Isles of Scilly.

I've got a lot in a baby name book, but DS (who ended up with a totally un-Cornish name) has just fallen asleep on me.

Tristan

Tristan
Wella (William)
Trevelyan
Treve
Trevenen (a common enough place name, knew someone who used this for a boy, probably not the best one to use as means the womans farm, but they seemed to like it).
Trelawny (twee, but sees use)
Mark (King of Cornwall several times)
Arthur (same idea)
Jago (Jake)
Joan (John, pronounced joe-w'n)
Jory (George)
Perran/ Piran/ Petrock
Mighal (Micheal)
Kittow (Christopher)

There's any number of place names that'll stand use as names and a goodly number of vocabulary words too, if you were looking for something that wasn't strictly a Cornish "name"?

The Cornish shortened name for Alexander is Santo, which I really like.
