Morning all,

What do you think of Torin for a boy? Am having another wobble about Leo.

Fab. Much nicer than Leo- who is a stuffed cuddly lion btw.

Lovely and not already used by thousand others. Great choice!

I like it, but never heard of it. Where does it come from?

You could also consider Tobin or Corin.

Like it - know one, unusual but easy to pronounce/spell etc. Better than Leo for me

Never heard of it but I do like it. Unusual but not daft.

It's a gaelic name apparently, means 'chief'. I hear it a lot on the beeb (radio4 addict here blush), the media corresspondent is called Torin Douglas. Haven't heard the name anywhere else.

Taught a Torin, brother of Iona.

Love the name but the one I taught was the biggest wet blanket I had ever known!

Not keen tbh. Leo seems much better.
