Well choosing mn was way way easier all scottish (I'm from Glasgow) and don't need to worry about how you say them as they are just mn, now the stumbling block is what fn go with what mn. Any ideas/opinions?

Boys

FN - Søren, Mikkel,Axel, Niels
MN - Angus, Aodh,Calum,Glen,Fraser

Possible combinations that we thought off
Søren Fraser
Niels Glen

Girls

FN - Mette,Asta,Maja,Sofie
MN - Seònaid,Caitrìona,Màiri,Rona,Ùna,Brìghde

Possible Combinations that we managed to think of
Maja Caitrìona
Mette Seònaid
Asta Ùna

Surname is obviously danish and ends with an -yer sound and begins with an R.

I love Axel. How about Axel Fraser?

I honestly could not choose from the girls' names as imo they are all equally beautiful. You couldn't go wrong.

We're using Axel as the Danish part of our little boy's middle name. Other suggestions: Rasmus, Felix, Klaus, Christien, Jorgen. I don't know about girl's names as much but Anja and Mia are both Scandinavian.

All lovely of course - but where will you be living? We're Scots overseas and very aware that we don't wish to have our children's friends/schoolmates/teachers/officials stumbling over gaelic names from here to eternity. Works the other way too of course.
