sorry as i know this is the third new thread on this board in less than a week which i've started. anyway a friend of a friend (who doesn't live in the same area) has named their new baby Toby. i love this and am now considering it. what does everyone else think? it would be Toby Edmund. also does it sound ok with our daughters name Beatrice? i think Bea and Toby sound sweet.
Personally I am getting a little tired of the cutey type names for boys - Alfie, Archie, Charlie, Toby etc. They are very widely used and I think will start to date as people tire of them. But it is your baby and your choice. But you did ask for honest opinions .
othersideofchannel, I know both a Alfie and a Toby who are both far from cutey! I like Toby and think it sounds cute on a baby when he is young as well as sounding cool on a teenager and profesional on an adult. Good luck chosing!
