Mulling this one over. I like it as long as I don't think "Clarkson."

What short versions are there?

Thoughts?

Paxman.

There are too many angry celebrities called Jeremy.

It's a shame because it sounds nice, but a Jeremy as a lot to live down on first impressions.

I love the name Jeremy.

Sadly, there are a few TV presenters named Jeremy who have done the name not service.

I know a couple of very cute Jerrrys, and Jem is a nice nn.

I like Jeremy a lot. Classic and not overused. Jem would be a cute nickname.

It's DS2's middle name (after my late uncle) and my brother's middle name and I love it. I wish I'd been brave enough to use it for the first name. Love th nickname Jem as well.

I have a friend called Jeremy. Apparently there's a danger of the nickname Jiz as well as Jezza...

I like it, but don't like the Clarkson/Kyle associations and really don't like Jerry or Jez.

How about Justin? (been pondering this name in the last couple of days as being due a revival...)

Jeremy has pampered Tory overtones.

I like Jerome and Jeremiah :)
