Hi

We having a baby boy and we now starting to think about names.

We either have Noah or Finley (or it could change lol)

Do any of think Noah sounds to 'arky' :)

Now our last name is Livingstone so what middle names do you think go best.

My wife wants Noah Riley i'm not sure and reminds me of something which cannot put my finger on.

I think Noah James goes better, we have not really talked about middle names for Finley but like Finley Thomas

Any help would be great

thanks

Puts you in mind of ER actor Noah Wyle maybe?

IMO Noah is not too arky, it's been so popular so long that the association is no longer overwhelming. It's a name in it's own right.

Noah James goes well, so does Finley Thomas.

Noah and Finley are both lovely names.
Not keen on Riley myself and not sure it goes that well with Noah, but like you I can't quite put my finger on why.

Noah James or Finley Thomas are both fab

James is a lovely middle name, how about Alexander too? I find Riley very 'American'!

I find Noah and Finley a bit yawn - half a dozen in every playground. Riley I really dislike. Didn't Stella Mcartney just call her daughter this?
