Just found out that DC2 will be a boy! Very excited but DH and I don't really agree on boys' names (although had already picked our girls name!). Can you please tell me your thoughts on the following - DD is called Sasha Isobel.

Joseph
Elijah
Harris
Flynn
Euan
Isaac
Max

It's a mixture of suggestions from the two of us, would love some objective opinions :).

I think they are all nice names, except Flynn and Harris.

Having said that Flynn goes very well with Sacha. But not Harris, really don't like Harris.

Elijah and Isaac are nicest and go best with Sasha.

Joseph is GORGEOUS but I may be a little biased as I have 4 yr old Joseph who is delightful. It's just such a nice classic but not overly used name. Everyone knows how to spell it and pronounce it. I still love it. I also like Flynn and I like Euan but prefer the Ewan apelling.

I like Joseph and Elijah.
Out of interest, what was the girls name that you had picked out?

My favourites from your list are Joseph, Isaac and Max.

My favourite name from your list is Joseph. But with Sasha I think Flynn or Max work best.

I like Elijah. My two favourite boys' names atm are Elijah and, er, Sacha. Grin

Thanks all for the input. Funnily enough, Joseph is my favourite and Elijah is DH's favourite (and seem the most popular here too). But Isaac and Max are also up there for me out of the rest of the list.

My hesitation with Isaac is that our surname is Glockling and it's almost as though you have to intentionally stop between the two names to stop the hard 'c' running into the hard 'g' if that makes sense.

MrsChanandlerBong, our girls name was going to be either Eloise or Louisa and we both agreed with no hesitation. As I am infatuated with these names and this is our last baby, I might try to see if I can try to make them unisex and give them to the baby anyway Grin.

Thery're all quite popular. I think my favourite would be Elijah.
