Hi!

Would love your opinions on these names please. Surname begins with "F" if that makes any difference.

I think I am leaning towards Eve, but I am so indecisive!

Thanks for your help Smile

Alice every time - love it!

But like the other two names too.

Alice.

The other two aren't bad, but have become too faddy. Eve would almost certainly be shortened to Evie

Alice is lovely, timeless and elegant.

I love Eve, it would be on my list but my surname begins with a V so it would sound like we called her Ee Grin I don't like the nn Evie though.

Alice is lovely too, it's a classic that won't date.

Not keen on Amelia, there are thousands where I live. Very 'now'.

I love the name Alice but the 3 babies I have known born in the last year are all called Alice.

I like all 3 but Alice is my favourite

Amelia is my favourite of your list, then Eve. However if your surname begins with F I wouldn't go for Eve as the two names would run together. Not keen on Alice.

I think Alice will date less than the other two. Having said that they are all lovely names and I much prefer Eve than Evie as a full name.

I have an Alice (2) so obviously love the name. I think Amelia and Eve are alos lovely but definitley a little more 'faddy' and less timeless

I love Eve, but there are Evies everywhere. Does that bother you?

Alice is lovely.

I have both an Evie (15) and am expecting an Amelia, so I will be biased Grin

Evie wasn't popular when I named my teenager and everyone thought it was wonderfully unusual at the time..see what I mean, it bites you on the ass eventually..lol!

Alice is lovely too, and was on my shortlist when I had my other daughter. Sorry, I'm not helping much am I?!

Thanks everyone, you are being very helpful Smile

It does bother me slightly that Evie is becoming so popular, altho we would call the baby Eve.

Alice is quite unusual around here (I am a teacher and have never encountered an Alice) which it more appealing!

Like all the names, Eve is possibly my favourite, then Alice, and finally Amelia.

All lovely names though

I have Eve/Ava and Amelia on my list, and also a LN that starts with F. I've been hesitant about Eve because with our surname it sounds like the two names run together, as if I'm just saying E. Lastname instead of Eve Lastname. That might depend somewhat on accent though.

I know of a baby Amelia, which again makes me a bit more hesitant about using it, knowing that it will be popular! It's lovely, though!

Gotta be Alice Smile if either of my 2 ds's had been girls they would have been Alice. Very pretty, timeless, but could kick ass and hold her own as a grown up with attitude. In my humble opinion that is of course!
