Kikuchi disease rare autoimmune disease

Hello,
My brother ,50 is currently in hospital and has just been diagnosed with this rare autoimmune disease.His initial symptoms were extreme weight loss(due to low/no appetite),chronic fatigue , all over body aches.Consultant(s) said he had systemic inflammation.
Had every test/scan under the sun.Finally had a biopsy of his enlarged lymph nodes & the results point to this rare disease.
Last week he took a turn for the worse (whilst in hospital) & could barely breathe.He was incubated & put under sedation.Found fluid around his heart and lungs.
Currently on steroids & off the ventilator.
Been in hospital for 5 weeks.
Just wondered if anyone has come across this disease or could recommend a rheumatologist in London?
