Hi all ,

I posted a message a couple of month ago regarding leg pain with my 11 yr old daughter.
I took her to the dr and they thought poss hypermobility syndrome but wanted to order blood to see what's going on and check on other things, they tested for alot of stuff, things like her CBC and kidneys etc all came back normal, however, she tested positive on the rheumatoid factor test.
They asked me to make another app to go back and see the dr, which is on Thursday.

Now I'm thinking she has some kind of arthritis? I hope not.
Her knee and ankle joint are often painfull although not red and inflamed, and she often gets a very sharp pain in her big toes so much that she says ouch ouch ouch until it goes.
She often feels sick but no idea if that's connected.

Has anyone here had experiences with jia? Fo her symptoms seem to fit?
Shes a happy go lucky ( although can be moody 😂 11 nearly 12 yr old)
None of this ever stops her from really doing anything?

I'm just hoping to God it's not jia, but I'm pretty sure that what that rf test is implying 😢

My 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with jia at 15 months old. She had a lot of joints involved with heat and swelling. Uvietis is commonly linked with jia which can show as dryness and pain in eyes. Pain in joints was much much worse in the morning and after rest. Severe restricted movement. X
