personal independence payment appeal

hi I have systemic lupus, sjogrens, raynauds, high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis. I was awarded pip in 2016 after winning appeal ran out and had to appeal again!! shock not.. got this letter today don't remember this from last time anyone else had this and Andy advice please? thanks
