Can't get enough of movies? Then head over to Mumsnet Films!
Is it playdough for the mould, or modelling clay etc?I have a big tub of plaster of paris.I want to do foot prints of DD1 (2) and DD2 (2 months)Also, what to do with them afterwards, eg in a frame or something else.....COMPLETE NOVICE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know. But do be careful. What about that girl in the school who put her hand in the bucket of plaster of paris?
Duh, read it properly now...you've no intention of dipping anyone's foot in plaster of paris.Playdough sounds good.
Oh goodness, yes read about that, horrendous injuries
Playdough sets hard if you leave it out. Fill the playdough mould with plaster of paris. Then break the playdough off gently, it should just crumble.Have you tried air dry clay?
that's brilliant advice kcartyparty. No I haven't tried air dry clay, do you mean use that instead of playdough?
just a quick update, I've done a couple of foot molds and one of them has turned out BRILLIANTLY, I'm so pleased. Very very cute!
