Anyone got any suggestions on how to do a hamper?

I've got 35 sets of beauty products to put into hamper type things for raffle prizes. It needs to look good because it's for work.

Really, I think I need boxes, like the size of shoe boxes, but nicer, ideally with transparent lids. I went into a Hobbycraft today and saw lots of products packaged like this but don't know where to get the boxes. Also, I'll need 35 of them altogether so I can't pay more than two or three pound for each.

And what's the best "filler" to pad it out? I've seen food hampers done with hay but that's not really the right look. This is Roc and Piz Buin stuff. Shredded tissue paper? Or fabric? Not really sure.

Should I put a ribbon on it. If so, how do i do a decent bow? (instead of the lopsided variety I normally cobble together(

Anyone got any suggestions? I really don't know about these things and as I say, it does need to look decent.

You can buy them online fairly cheaply (try ebay). Most people put a layer of bubble wrap on the bottom topped with crepe or tissue paper to make it pretty. You can buy bows with ribbons to put on the top - no need to make them (though it is quite easy).
