What sort of cards do you tend to make ATM?

Well....I couldn't resist a doll, ended up getting the bitty body first, and a set of clothes!I tend to make quite a few cards for the childrens friends so that was my excuse for those!

Then I chose mainly basics, hearts, stars and flowers....and tags....and....

Have you set yourself a limit?...(the sky!)

lol dingle!! get dies that are most universal like gifts, candles, cakes...if you can afford alphabet, choose a sizzlet pack as they offer better value for money.(you need convertor for sizzlets)-- then you can branch out to those you like the look off and will use the most.
Or you could just be flipant and go for what you like first
btw all this talk is making me wanna spend spend spend!!

hijack alert...
Dior, can i ask you about your card parties?
how do you organise them? how many people do you think is ideal? how many cards do you have to start with? how many of each design? how do you dispaly them? do you do an intro/demo or is it all just browse and chat?

any handy hints would be great as i am trying to build up my stock with a view to doing this.
thnaks

AQ, I haven't done a proper "card party " yet, although I have taken my cards to a few DSA meetings and sold them like that. TBH I really don't know how I will ever get me stock built up enough, I had nearly 2 full boxes of stock throughout nearly all of last year, but I only have one, half full box of very old stock left!

I think I will be better off making up a batch of about 10 different cards and asking a few of the DSA people to show them around at their work, toddler groups etc.

Good luck AQ.
