What can I buy / do for this lovely lady who is making something for me?

I've been given a pattern for a lovely cardy for my DS but I just don't have the time to do it (2 under 19 months and all that). A lovely neighbour (72 years old) is going to knit it for me but has said that she won't take any money for it. What can I buy her or do for her in return?

What about a nice photo of your ds wearing the finished item?

Talcy that's so nice, so true. Take her round something homemade like a small cake.
