I'm making a cardigan for my dd2. It seems to be developing a seaside theme and I was wondering about shell-shaped buttons...if they exist...

Hmm - I was thinking of setting up an EBay shop selling buttons and crafty stuff as I have a good potential source. It looks like it may be worth me doing.

Well, it's not very seasidey yet....but I started crocheting it when we were on holiday by the sea and it is a nice turquoisey colour, and I am planning to attach starfish and...well, who knows where it will end

Okay, must I stalk VintageViolet?

Thanks for all the replies

Haven't got any yet VV. FIL works in the industry and suggested that I setup an ebay shop and he'll buy them at trade prices for me to sell. Am currently considering, but being put off by the need to register for VAT even though I won;t have to pay any tax as not earning enough.

The pattern v. unhelpfully just says, "eight buttons"

No problem
If VV doesn't have enough- I could look in JL next time I'm there. I seem to think they have octopus ones too- I could always post to you.
