my sister has asked me to make her 90 cup-cakes and a large one to go on top for ehr wedding on friday.
30 will be buttercream-will ice these thurs the other 60 will be a mix of green and white rolled icing.
now the question is...if i bake all 90 cupcakes wednesday can i ice the 60 rolled icing ones then and will the save til friday in an air tight container in fridges??

ice them as soon as cool and put them in sealed containers. they should be ok. keep them somewhere really cool. but not a fridge.

I don't think ready rolled icing should go in the fridge as it will go funny.

garage, or back room with radiator turned off beside a draughty door.
