Involves tissue paper, pva glue, sticky back plastic and ends up looking like a stained glass window of a fish tank - saw it on tv, got the bits, not sure exactly what to do though. Any advice?

Paint quite a lot of glue onto a bin bag place the tissue paper onto the glue (after you have cut out a pretty pic)then cover this in glue. wait for it to dry then put another thick layer of glue on. once its completely dry, carefully peel off the bin bag and voila you have a cool pic

can use cling film or carrier bag instead of bin bag

thanks - wasn't sure how many layers of glue to go for... do I have to wait for the first layer to dry before adding the tissue paper and more glue? Just want to work out whether to do the first stage before the kids get out of school! (Am in good mother mode and have two under 5's to entertain tomorrow afternoon whilst the upstairs of our house is re-carpeted, so am desperate to keep them out of the way and occupied!)
