Does anyone have any tips for doing applique on a machine? I would like to applique some basic flower shapes onto something but have been practising and the results aren't very pretty. I find it really hard to stick to the outline - and the sharp angle bit you get where one petal joins the next is just a mess. An alternative would be to embroider an outline shape - but am finding that just as hard to be honest. Any tips?
