Hello artistic and creative people! I have never been on this bit of the site before but I have come to ask if anyone would possibly be able to make a Makka Pakka soft toy for my son. You can buy 12inch Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy plush toys but not a Makka Pakka and my little man is sooooo fond of him. Would anyone be able to make one at all? I will, of course, pay! Thanks - and fingers crossed

Itsahardknocklife - hello

I could make one I'm sure - thing is I have a huge pile of stuff I have to do before I can commit to doing anything else! So - if you don't get any other offers to do it sooner, then I will do it for you, but it may be June (!) before I am able to start, so will let other people offer first. IYSWIM. Blimey, you deserve a medal if you can follow that

I see what you mean and thank you. I'll let you know if I get no joy before that. Thanks again x

they do makka pakka in early learning centre, its the same as the iggle piggle and upsy daisy, squeeze the tummy and they do their catch phrases! i saw it in my local store about 3 days ago so the company should have them in stock. they are £15

I (that is, my daughter) has a big Makka Pakka, musical too. It was exclusive to Mothercare, I got it just before Christmas.

Thanks, Nancy, but I just want a simple soft toy one, not one that speaks or anything. Thank you anyway though

Oh I should point out if I made one it would be knitted rather than made from fabric if that has a bearing on the issue!

Miaou, a knitted one would be great!

There must be a calling for them - someone could make some good cash out of this!
