I think his expression will make him a big hit. Change nothing except give him a caption or catchphrase. Your team could have a what is penguin's catchphrase brainstorming session.

"WTF Brian"

"Your mic is still on"

"Of course I am wearing trousers"

DS suggests "Wait... Wut?"

I think he looks lovely as he is, but if you want to change his expression you could perhaps give him eyebrows? I've added some and made him look somewhat startled!

So in a moment of madness I agreed to needlefelt a small needlefelt "thing" for all the people in my office for our virtual Christmas party.
Penguins are cute.
This boy..... he looks mad AF.
Any suggestions how how to make him look LESS chopsy?
