Mosaic tiles - craft project

I bought lots of glass tiles in different colours to do a mosaic picture but to be honest they don’t break easily so I’m going to leave them whole and decorate some square planters with the children at school (I run a club there)
I’ve got some grout/adhesive but wondered what’s the best glue to stick to the planters as they will be outside
