Holiday crochet project?

I have the concentration span of a gnat and need a little crochet project to keep me from insanity on a 2 week pool/beach holiday.

Not keen on shawls/scarf. There is a limit to how many one person needs.
Sock yarn is good as it takes longer to make and less to pack, but open to anything really.

Any suggestions please?

I mean, i can concentrate on crochet but sitting by a pool for 23 weeks will drive me bats if i dont have something to distract me

Little square pads that you can use as re-usable make-up removers / face cloths .

Amigurumi patterns are small but intricate so might work on the whole less to pack but still fiddly enough to be interesting front?

All the bits for a wreath? You could make all the shapes and assemble it when you get home.

I'm currently crocheting an amigurami nativity set which is a really interesting and very portable project but I suspect all the different yarns and the stuffing required would take up too much room in your luggage.

It is yes. I need 3 kings, a gang of shepherds, a whole bunch of angels, a camel and assorted other authentic nativity kind of stuff.
