Sewing Pattern recommendation

Hello,
Finally getting back into to sewing clothes for myself (short and curvy, so best way to get things that for properly)
I'm looking for a dress pattern similar to the attached photo. Any ideas of a specific pattern, or failing that what to use as a search term/what you would call the dress style?
Also, any recommendations for fabric. A soft dress cotton would be good. Similar to white stuff feel I think?
Thank you!

Look at Halla patterns - though they are for stretch/knit material
this looks like a possibility , with lots of options .
They also have a facebook page www.hallapatterns.com/collections/show-yes/products/elise-wrap-top-dress-for-women

yes, they are good patterns , with very good photo instructions too. A nice cotton jersey / cotton lycra would work well - lots out and about if you know where to look. Mostly online though.
You could try Harvey Jacobs , MyFabrics , TFG fabrics , and lots of others
