I make dribble bibs and sell them online. I spend ages and ages cutting the shapes out of fabric. I’m looking for something to help me. I’m thinking a big sharp cookie cutter that I can press down into the fabric to cut the shapes out and save me time.

Does anything like this exist??

I think you're looking for a fabric die cutter - but I have only ever seen small ones for quilters. It may be possible to get a bigger version?

Which scissors are you using? You should be able to work fairy fast with a decent pair that will cut through several layers at once. I assume that your scissors are as sharp as possible and are never used for cutting paper (or anything else that is not fabric). I have recollections of the cutter where I worked with a razor sharpe, huge pair of fabric shears that we mere mortals were not allowed to touch. They would cut through lots of layers.

You might want to invest in something like a Cricut cutting machine or Brother Scan n Cut to cut your fabric.

A die cutter

BUT the amount of force needed to press through even one layer of fabric is more than just a person pressing down would manage.
You would need a hydraulic press, or some thing that exerts huge force

A rotary cutter would go through several layers
