I'm sure I saw this in a magazine recently... I'll see if I can find it later.

Have emailed you a scan of the page,'Frau.

Looks like:
glue letter to square of paper
cut round letter when dry
sand off edges

I guess you could go round the edges with an ink pad too

I love chipboard!,
you can make your own glitter letters - cover with glue and then put glitter on top.
you can glaze the pp covered chipboard you can glaze them to make them glossy (use diamond glaze, glass effect etc, embossing powder)
doodle on top, use rub ons,

I know you dont have paint, but you can add colour with glitter, glaze or gel pens, coloured embossing powder.
I used glitter pen and then covered it with ki gloo here:

paper them, sand the edge and then ink the edges. You could also ink them and then emboss/UTEE.

[chortle] @ "non-spending". By the time you convert $ into £ is't virtually free anyway isn't it?

I think you need to include a short (hidden) description of the photo.

Noooo, like the one of BabyDragon that said "BabyDragon's first bunches - they lasted 5 minutes"

"BabyDragon's first broken leg, fell off the 6'climbing frame, xrayed at the Clanger Hospital"

Not reams of fancy namby pamby wittering. Which I hate.

Ah yes. Even better when you worked in a small, local Boots and could recognise the people... Oh yes, multitasking Saturday job.
