Can anyone suggest where I might be able to buy this fabric?

DS had some jeans from GAP which he loved but he is now too tall for the kids stuff and way to skinny for the adult stuff, so I thought I'd make him some.

All ideas gratefully received.

Not the fabric but I got ds a pair of jogger material jeans from debenhams - blue zoo I think, they go up to age 15, would they fit your ds?

Whoops, just checked and they go up to age 14 - it's these, they're out of stock online, but you might get them in store.

I've seen something described as "sweatshirt" material in fabric shops.

Sorry, it was actually called " track suiting" here www.fabricland.co.uk/track_suiting.htm

Thanks for all the ideas.
myfanwy he is ridiculously skinny and tall. Trousers which fit in the leg could usually fit two of him in on the waist, even skinny ones.
naughttothree I did wonder about jersey but was concerned it would be too thin?
oneofTHOSEwomen I hadn't considered calling it sweatshirt so I'll have another google.

Well I have a pair of Jersey sort of jeggins, there not to thin, but yes posiably thinner than track suiting.

He really is very tall and thin. 25 inch waist, 30.5 inside leg. And I promise I feed him.
I guess the search continues. Thanks.
