Peasant blouse pattern

I've got some fabric that, tbh, I was going to use for a pair of curtains but it isn't quite big enough. But it would be perfect for a peasant blouse.

Trouble is I can't find a pattern I like.

If I use a printed pattern then it would need to be quite simple. The other alternative is making my own pattern, but I can't think of the number of pieces I'd need. I'd thought of back / front plus sleeves, but I can't think of how to attach the elastic around the shoulder/neckline.

Any ideas? It's a long, long time since I made something to wear!
