Debbie Bliss baby pattern help

Happy New Year!
In the Debbie Bliss 'Easy knits for beginners' book (which I have given to my MiL) is a pattern for knitted sachets to put nice smelly stuff in.
Does anyone have this book and could write the pattern out for me? - PM is OK.

I don't have this book, but you could always borrow it from your local library?
