CVS or Amnio with tilted womb?

Hello - having spent the last week in shock / tears following a 1.43 high risk result following Nuchal Scan & blood test, I've booked a CVS test. However, I've a tilted womb and am concerned that this may increase changes of miscarriage - has anybody got any advice to offer?

For info:
Nuchal scan - all fine - risk alone was 1:2000
Beta HCG - 1.67MOMS
PAPP-A - 0.34MOMS

Thank you!

I'd ask your dr re any increased risk. I have a tilted womb and no mention was made of this in any way all through my pregnancy. My pregnancy showed up high risk for downs and I had an amnio in the end. No mention at all of the womb issue.

I have just had my 3rd CVS last week. It was technically difficult and painful because of my retroverted uterus. I presume tilted backwards rather than forward is what you mean, yes?
My consultant had one go on his own and then asked a colleague to essentially do an internal and push my uterus forward to make accessing the placenta possible. The internal was fine although quite "pushy" IYKWIM. The 2nd attempt of getting some tissue was successful .
I do not know enough to understand the values you are giving, but wish you good luck.
