I've posted before about my downs screening results hoping for some reassurance just wondered if anyone had a high hcg of around 7.9 and low Papp-a of around 0.19 I know these results are extremely high (hcg) and extremely low (Papp-a) but just wondered if anyone had similar levels and been fine? Or if similar results had been for other reasons than downs or trisomies? This whole pregnancy has me a panicking mess 🤦‍♀️ thank you x

I have but it's not offered through nhs and paying privately isn't an option 😓 so am waiting for amniocentesis, thank you x

@chloe240

I have similar numbers to you. I’m 34 with 1:4 chance of T21,T18,T13.
PAPP-A .24
BHCG 6.84
NT normal

Did the amnio is baby is negative for all 3.

Did you do your amnio, what were the results?
