I got my fast results amniocentesis this morning.
Midwife said none of the main 3 trisiomes and results came back xy so baby is boy and no sign of extra x chromosomes which rules of Klinefelters which had come up positive on my harmony bloods.
But what im wondering is what exactly is tested on the fast test. Do they know how many chromosomes baby has. Do they normally be able to tell sex then and are sex chromosomal issues able to be ruled out on fast test.
What extra is on the full test then.
