Low Pappa A

Hi

Wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation to me at the moment.
I had my 12 week scam and my NT measurement came back low at 1.3mm
I then had the blood test and my hCV came back at 0.85 so pretty normal
But my Pappa A came back very low 0.14
This has flagged up me as a high risk for both downs and also Edwards syndrome.
After reading previous posts I don’t know why my risk would be so high 1/47 as I think Down’s babies tend to have not only a low Pappa a bit then a high hCG and a high NT
Is this not correct??
I went on Monday for the test but my placenta was in the wrong place for them to take a sample it would have been too dangerous I’m not re booked for next Monday,
I’m so scared not only about having the procedure but also the result I’ve convinced my self of the worst case scenario.
Any advice or re assurance would be greatly appreciated
I then also worry even if the tests come back fine what having such a low Pappa A will mean further down the line. This is baby number 4 and I never had anything like this with my 2 little girls. ☹️
