Harmony - increased BMI

Has anyone with an increased BMI had problems with inconclusive results?

I have the test booked for Monday and in the info from the clinic it says maternal weight can affect the level of fetal DNA in the bloodstream. Despite losing 2.5 stone before I got pregnant my BMI is still around 32 - in my defence though I have a very large frame and have no health issues.

So I guess I'm wondering if anyone else with an increased BMI has had the test done and have they had any issues? I'm
20 weeks if that's relevant.

Thanks!

My BMI in pregnancy was 35.5 and I never had problems with the results in screening tests.

Hopefully they will be fine for you too. Best of luck Smile

Thanks gunting that's reassuring. I think I'll be anxious enough waiting on results for them to come back inconclusive.
