Antenatal Depression and Me

Hello beautiful Mumsnet users,

I recently have filmed a video regarding my personal struggle with Antenatal Depression. I absolutely hated how much of a secret this felt but reading all of your posts throughout this made me feel even slightly normal again. I’m really proud to say that I am the other side of it now, and have every ounce of hope for you all - I also want to thank you for being such a source of support without even realising you were doing so. We are all mums from the start of choosing to become parents, and each pregnancy is unique and beautiful in its own way. I do not look back in sadness and I attribute a lot of that to knowing I was not alone.
