Hi has anyone had anxiety related to pregnancy and traumatic birth experiences?
I've suffered for 3 years since having a very traumatic birth with my first child. Then terrible anxiety during my second pregnancy which I had no support with, then to go through an even bigger traumatic labour and birth second time round! I've just started counselling but we only get 10sessions. What happens if these sessions don't help?
I've just lost a baby aswell at 12weeks, so I've been through another tough time at the moment! Sad

I had a dreadful birth first time round and then a very poorly baby. Second time round I had a massive breakdown about 6 months pregnant. I had some cbt, had meeting with the matron at hospital and took a huge amount of drugs.
Second labour was similar to the first but resulted in a healthy baby.

As I lay on the delivery table I knew I was done. Sorry to hear of your miscarriage kxx
