What is this? I'm going to GP in morning but don't know
what's going on.

Last week I was convinced it was hormones and I was going mad. Not so convinced anymore after my period has been and gone but the rest of it hasn't.

I'm so tired, bone crushingly exhausted. I feel sick, dizzy, exhausted, anxious, low mood. I am having panic attacks and anxiety attacks, hot flushes, no sex drive, no appetite to starving. I could sleep forever!

I don't feel like this all the time. It comes and goes as the day goes on.

We have a lot going on! Both my parents have been seriously ill in the last year. My step father died, both in laws are being treated for cancer. We've moved house. My youngest has allergies and care needs as a result.

I've been looking for work due to financial struggles and am about to start a new job. Kids in childcare etc. Dh works a lot of hours!!

Actually after writing it all down I'm surprised I haven't already popped!

It could be severe iron shortage...it could be menopause beginning depending on your age...it could be stress plus iron shortage. It sounds awful though. Flowers

I think I'll ask for full bloods to be taken. Hormones to be checked. Urine checked and take start back on low dose ADs. I'm am very pale at the moment but then that comes with being tired.

If it is something else then I can easily stop the ADs I've done it before.

I'm so disappointed

I felt like that (more dead than alive) and found my iron was low-ish, at a count of 10.3. I went off to find the strongest iron supplement I could find (30mg) and took one a day with a 1000mg effervescent vit c tablet. Felt much better within a week.
