I've just got out of hospital having had to stay in for a few days with baby, since I got home I seem to have completely gone into panic mode, I have become obsessed by sids and it happening to my baby, to the point I am panicking and overly teary. I keep crying. I don't know if this is normal and pass?

Yes, in my experience it is normal! Although it is crap to feel like that. Will your midwife visit tomorrow? You can always ring the hospital if you are worried about something in particular. It is probably just the hormonal crash plus tiredness but if it doesn't pass then ask your gp or hv for help.

Thanks, yes the mw should be visiting me today at some point. hoping it is just the hormone crash as don't want to ruin my first few months with him being a wreck.
