Blake - gets my vote, very cool. Slightly Dynasty but none of his generation will remember!

schneebly Tue 10-Jul-07 09:15:05

Blake

MamaGryffindor Tue 10-Jul-07 09:15:24

Blake 7
Phil Mithcell

go with Reece

nadinetd Tue 10-Jul-07 09:17:34

WHATS BLAKE 7 AND WHATS DYNASTY GOT TO DO WITH IT? (hmm)

IM 26!

tjacksonpfc Tue 10-Jul-07 09:18:36

reece but im biased my ds middle name is reese but spelt with the se instead of ce to be different

nadinetd Tue 10-Jul-07 09:19:32

yeah we meet a guy on holiday who spelt it reese i like that its quite unusual

lulumama Tue 10-Jul-07 09:21:07

blake carrington..patriarch of dynasty ! married to crystal, nemesis of alexis

blake!

Leati Tue 10-Jul-07 09:22:42

Reece

nadinetd Tue 10-Jul-07 09:24:50

oh right now i understand no one else has said that to me before only on here, thanks lulu.
i think reese or reece is winning

lulumama Tue 10-Jul-07 09:30:20

sorry if that was your favourite but i am only a wee bit older than you ,and i;m afraid, blake carrington was the first blake that popped into my head !!

nadinetd Tue 10-Jul-07 09:38:03

no i would rather know now than when he is a few months old and i start disliking it.

hopefully he will arrive soon!

Lullabyloo Tue 10-Jul-07 09:46:35

ummmmmmmm....none of them...sorry

collisionfrances Tue 10-Jul-07 09:48:33

none of them! sorry!

think they will date quickly and be out of fashion very soon.

hana Tue 10-Jul-07 09:49:05

Mitchell is cool

talcy0 Tue 10-Jul-07 09:49:08

gabriel

dazedorconfused Tue 10-Jul-07 09:49:35

I'm standing by Blake (even with Carrington issue) I think its classical - after the poet.

talcy0 Tue 10-Jul-07 09:50:30

or blake

marymoocow Tue 10-Jul-07 09:51:15

Rhys, spelt this way, but biased again as ds2 middle name

dazedorconfused Tue 10-Jul-07 09:52:14

So has Reese WItherspoon really got a boys name - as my name suggests - often confused?!

Flumpybumpy Tue 10-Jul-07 09:52:45

Go with Mitchell. Reece reminds me of Reece Witherspoon (girl) and Blake of Blake Carrington from Dynasty.

MerryMarigold Tue 10-Jul-07 09:54:44

I hate Reece - associate it with very naughty boys.

choosyfloosy Tue 10-Jul-07 09:55:11

I quite like Mitchell, maybe because I like Mitch a lot as a nickname.

Though if all your family is extremely short the possibilities of Mitch the Titch would put me off.

I'm afraid Blake I find offputting.

dazedorconfused Tue 10-Jul-07 09:59:55

Have you considered the initials? Whilst backing Blake I did know someone who called their son Ben John O'Brxx [apologises if anyone knows him].
Made me laugh for days!

nadinetd Tue 10-Jul-07 10:00:17

mitch the titch didnt thinkof that im only 5ft 2 and dh 5ft 8 so odds r he will be short

i think it will be either reese or blake
middle name thomas after dad and grandad.

whats best:

blake thomas
reese thomas
