Motioning all

Thought I would start a new thread as we have filled another!

How is everyone feeling?
I’ve got the cold so feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment

19+4 today and have to wait until 21 weeks to see my little bun again! Jealous of all those who have had there scans already

FairfaxAikman Tue 28-Nov-17 07:51:35

20 weeks today. Only six more days till scan 2

olicat Tue 28-Nov-17 08:05:49

Thanks birds - we're only a day apart as I'm 19+3! My scan is a week tomorrow at 20+4. Got the day off work for it so even more exciting 😁

MissYeti Tue 28-Nov-17 08:08:10

Place saving! Thanks for starting a new thread.
19+1 today, gotta wait til 21+5 for my 20 week scan!

I'll get a link up to the spreadsheet on the first page so people can find it easily 😊

Sunshinesaz86 Tue 28-Nov-17 08:32:55

Thanks for the new thread.

Good luck to you whose scans are imminent, very exciting for you all.

21+5 today the days seem to be flying by! X

Thelostsock Tue 28-Nov-17 08:57:31

Thanks for starting this! 23+2 today and really counting down the days until some time off at Christmas. Then we've not got too long after that!

I'm itchy! Very dry skin everywhere which I think is a pregnancy plus cold weather combo

FairfaxAikman Tue 28-Nov-17 09:03:47

Thelostsock have you tried Aveeno?
I have dry skin on my face following a scald years ago and I discovered this about a year ago - it's really been a game changer

ClaireBear1986 Tue 28-Nov-17 09:28:45

I'm 19 weeks 5 days today, and have my 20 week scan on Friday (I'll be 20w 1d). I'm excited to see my little man again, but also really nervous.

Had my Private Gender scan at 16w 4d and that feels likes a lifetime ago now.

Good luck to everyone else with their 20 week scans coming up smile

MrsDneedsaB Tue 28-Nov-17 10:05:32

Thanks for the new thread birds!

21+6 today, got my anomaly rescan tomorrow for the bits she couldn't see last week. Quite happy I get to see peanut again as he was in an annoying position last week (is it weird that I still call him that even though we've decided on a name?)

Ooh I second the use of Aveeno, best stuff ever for dry sensitive skin that's itchy - that or E45 cream. Only two that soothe the itch!

FairfaxAikman Tue 28-Nov-17 10:31:03

I find Aveeno gives better long-term hydration than E45.
I apply it once a day, whereas E45 is several times a day.

LollyBeesLife Tue 28-Nov-17 10:49:34

I've been on and off this board since the start (lurking) mostly, But how exciting.... We are all around the half way mark now.

I'm 20+2 with my scan on Thursday. Olicat - I've also taken the day off because I plan on going to the shops and buying my first gender specific item for my lo. I went a bit crazy in the Black Friday Mothercare sales and bought all the vests lo will need till they turn 6 months (you can never have too many vests or muslins right?)

Aspenn17 Tue 28-Nov-17 12:07:47

(Posting so I can find this new thread easily!) I'm 20 weeks today! Had my scan last week. Half way, feels like a big milestone smile good luck to those having scans this week, so exciting!

sidesplittinglol Tue 28-Nov-17 12:10:00

Morning ladies! I'm 19+4 today and I'm so excited as I have my anomaly scan today and will be finding out what I'm having! Gutted that DH can't be here as he is looking after my other 2 DC's

FairfaxAikman Tue 28-Nov-17 12:23:25

Oh f**k.
Bust my last remaining bra this morning Dias I'm on a day off I headed to town for new ones.
I've just been measured at 38J (from an E) confused
Nowhere stocks anything that big!

sidesplittinglol Tue 28-Nov-17 13:46:35

harrietm87 Tue 28-Nov-17 15:03:47

FairfaxAikman Tue 28-Nov-17 18:00:11

Where in scotland harriet?

Sam91TRS15 Tue 28-Nov-17 18:17:23

Hi everyone, thanks for the new thread! I am 23 weeks tomorrow. Wee man has been a bit quieter than usual today so that been my excuse for lots of sugary snacks to wake him up!

MissYeti Tue 28-Nov-17 22:45:38

I'm trying to find out if there's a way you can edit it for yourselves instead of me having to keep it up to date (cuz I'm lazy and uni deadlines are hideous)

Thelostsock Wed 29-Nov-17 08:52:39

Covered myself in Aveeno cream last night and it's already had an impact! Thanks all

harrietm87 Wed 29-Nov-17 09:49:42

Wow missyeti thanks for the spreadsheet! Some gaps from mine - I'm 30, 1st baby, live in London and team yellow!

fairfax we're round kintyre/Argyll - have been in Loch Fyne the last few days. It's so beautiful here!

Sunshinesaz86 Wed 29-Nov-17 09:52:07

MrsDneedsaB Wed 29-Nov-17 10:02:00

Congrats on Team Pink @sidesplittinglol 🎀

And parney so glad the Aveeno has helped - really is magic cream!

@FairfaxAikman eesh that's a huge increase! I'm scared to get measured, I feel that I've gone up band so going to have to special order too, so far I'm up from DD to F. Did you manage to get anything to see you over? I've been wearing stretchy sports/crop tops until I really need to buy nursing bras.

MrsDneedsaB Wed 29-Nov-17 10:02:39

Oops Aveeno was for @Thelostsock not parney 😳
