SweetieTime Thu 16-May-13 09:09:59

thanks for the message Dream I am still at the head in the sand stage at the moment. it is sinking in but I am trying not to mental about it too much. There is still a long way to go yet. I am really pleased obviously but just cautious.
I have my booking in tomorrow, so what do I need to ask?

Argh!!!! Huge congratulations to sweetie for more Brooking twins! Exhausting but extra special club imo, my boys are fabulous smile . Bloody hard first year with my difficult babies but they play together in a very special way- our nanny (I'm not posh, just cheaper than nursery for 3 under 3) says she's never seen 1 year olds interact with other babies like my twins do (& other twins, she's come from a nursery setting but hasn't looked after twins before). I'm really pleased for you smile

Sorry everyone else, I'm rushing as ever.

Jealous of a potential brooking meet up!!

GenericDietCola Wed 15-May-13 20:08:44

Sweetie, those pea pods are soooo cute. You HAVE to get them!

SweetieTime Wed 15-May-13 19:45:14

Aaw 2 little peas in a pod!! Too cute grin I did know it was you, baby brain for some reason made me put sparks blush it is about the same distance for us to Meadowhall too, we will have to meet!!

TheLittleFriend Wed 15-May-13 18:48:49

Sweetie, twins in those pea outfits next to each other would look so cute! grin

DinoSnores Wed 15-May-13 18:39:41

sweetie, wonderful news! I am so thrilled for you!

SweetieTime Wed 15-May-13 18:23:19

Sparks woo hoo, that sneeze is getting ever closer. Great news.

Boo it was me that went to Meadowhall for tea yesterday. It is about 40 mins from me. I would love, love, LOVE a meet up with the booby clan if you can make it.

DH has come home quite excited about Dib&Dab/Joseph&Mary. He has been looking at buggies and also this
I love anything like this, so think it would have to be done grin

Sweetie blush sorry. Oblique sounds about right, I'm quite sure that his body will follow his head out.

Withalittlesparkle Wed 15-May-13 18:08:22

Nope not back to back but oblique... Does that sound right? He's head down but still stretched across my belly rather than straight up and down!! Midwife not bothered though!!

Was that message meant for me boo? Or was it for sweetie? Cus I have no idea where/what meadow hall is!!

I can start a new thread but I'm on my ohone so wouldn't be able to link to it!! Might have to wait till tomorrow

Her???? Sorry he of course, my auto correct has gone mad!

Ooh, it's all getting close now Sparks is her still back to back or has he turned a bit?

Sparks I couldn't help noticing on the other thread you went to Meadowhall, I only mention it because I can get to there quite easily!!!

Keep is it this week your on your holiday? Have a good time whenever it is.

Rubber hoping you're ok.

We're going to need another thread soon, anyone fancy the job?? Sparks you could make your own thread to sneeze on??

Withalittlesparkle Wed 15-May-13 17:38:13

Back from the midwife, baby head down and measuring perfectly on 50th percentile smile next appt is the birthing talk, yikes!!

TheLittleFriend Wed 15-May-13 12:10:43

Sweetie that is brilliant!!! How exciting for you, congratulations. Do pop along and tell the post natal thread too, I'm sure Dream will be excited to hear the next brooking twins are on their way! Xxgringrin

keepitgoing Wed 15-May-13 12:00:48

Oh wow, I knew it!! So pleased!!smile

Ooh x post Sparks

Your booking in appointment is a lot of information given, full medical history taken some history about Mr S too so it might be helpful to take him as second pair of ears as I suspect your information will be double different to what I had as you're a twin mummy. At mine I also had to do a urine sample (you might want to get used to having a little pot of pee in the bottom of your hand bag grin) and blood tests. You should also be given your notes to keep hold of.

Can't believe dib and dab will be here by Christmas gringrin
