Likely to be shite , however as the cost is so cheap for a dress like that it might be worth giving it a go.

If you want a cheap dress from abroad, try Milly Bridal. They have a website. They can do a bespoke style or they do ready-made designs. They are cheap and so far as I know (from a wedding forum I used to use very regularly, and from buying one myself altho I didn't end up wearing it - it was lovely quality, I just chose a different style in the end) they are reputable.

I am not going to debate the whole 'cheap dress from China' thing as it's boring and I don't know enough about it to meaningfully contribute to such a debate, just wanted to say there are reputable companies who make cheap wedding dresses - AND many of the 'big' designer names such as Maggie Sottero have their £1k plus dresses made in China from the exact same materials.

I spent a stupid amount on my wedding dress and wish I'd bought a pair of white jeans and a white top, hindsight is a wonderful thing, buy a cheap dress and get some amazing earnings or someting you'll wear again and treasure.

Why don't you try the Monsoon dresses if you don't end up liking the one you order? If I was doing it again, that is what I would do. Relatively reasonably priced, and they are usually in the January sales too.

The long-sleeved one is gorgeous! Hope it's a good buy!

my best friend ordered her dress from ebay and it was lovely

I bought my wedding dress from Ebay, and it was from an english seller who shipped the dresses from China. The postage cost me more than the dress, which looked lovely but if you got closer to it there were alot of flaws. I suppose it depends if people are going to be scrutinising your dress or not.

They made it to order and the sizing was fab.

I think, so long as you are, in fact, getting married, it is a good idea.
Otherwise, you'll just look desperate!

Did Reality not mention she is getting married? Really? grin
