today? I saw it on the street and it was well out of hours so I rang the number on the machine.

I'm glad you weren't passing my car yesterday, i was parked in one of those car parks where you have to type your reg no in - somehow i managed to type in the no for my Dad's car! Would you have reported me too?

Oh come on! They knew they had time to park till 13 45h. It was past that time, they were taking up space for the rest of us.

how can you possibly have the mental space in your head to go around checking other people's parking tickets and the free time to make the call? wouldn't you find it more interesting to check out the cloud formations instead?
