can you call someone and get it ticketed?

OldLadyKnowsNothing Sat 26-Sep-09 15:45:00

Perfectly reasonable. Or call police and have it towed, I would.

carocaro Sat 26-Sep-09 15:45:30

YES DO IT NOW!

This fills me with fury (my step dad is disabled) and the number of fat arsed lazy arrogant wankers who park in disabled spaces is unreal!

GO DO IT NOW!!!!!!!

ThePhantomPlopper Sat 26-Sep-09 15:47:30

Aye phone the ticket people/police.

Failing that a note on his window.

BitOfFun Sat 26-Sep-09 15:47:47

Letting the air out of all the tyres says "Don't park here again" quite effectively, I reckon.

deaddei Sat 26-Sep-09 15:48:28

Absolutely- a big bloody note preferably stuck on with tape which won't come off.

Sidge Sat 26-Sep-09 15:49:16

Call the police Riven.

Might make the lazy selfish cock-end think twice next time if s/he receives a ticket. Even better if s/he gets towed away <rubs hands gleefully> grin

Lizzylou Sat 26-Sep-09 15:49:36

OOh yes, get the stanley knife out grin

Or just leave a note on windscreen and call the police/ticket people

JackBauer Sat 26-Sep-09 15:50:12

Oh deaddei beat me to it. Stick the note on with tape right in front of their eyes. And use duct tape or similar so it leaves great streaky marks too.
Then report them.

Salsavita Sat 26-Sep-09 15:51:36

Oh you must get this sorted/towed away. Blimey, this would make my blood boil.

I'm thinking about printing a load of stickers off that I can stick on cars parked on pavements, in disabled bays with no badge displayed etc.

Super sticky ones that I can stick all across the windscreen right where the driver needs to see out grin

Rachmumoftwo Sat 26-Sep-09 15:55:23

Call the police- think of the satisfaction it will give us you if they get towed.

TeamCullenAllTheWay Sat 26-Sep-09 15:58:14

Glue it on so it leaves big bits of paper stuck to their window when they try to tear it off....

DoingTheBestICan Sat 26-Sep-09 16:03:52

Ring the police on them, lazy arsed bastards take the piss.

This reminds me of the time me & dh were in a car park, this young lad parks his citroen saxo in a disabled bay & he walks off with a really bad limp, poor sad we both thought, then when he got round the corner he just swaggered off normally!

I shouted out & pointed to him'Its a miracle,Praise the Lord'

Let us know what happens,we are being nosy bitches concerned citizens.

angry Definitely report him. How selfish. Typical 4x4 driver.

DoingTheBestICan Sat 26-Sep-09 16:10:49

Lazy man,if he does it again i would report him.

claireyfairey1975 Sat 26-Sep-09 16:36:10

Some people are just arseholes, it was obviously convienient for him so screw the reason why you actually have a parking space in the first place.
I think you were very restrained, I would have double parked, blocked the road and made as much fuss as possible.

AngelaChase Sun 27-Sep-09 15:31:12

DH's granddad used to carry a small notebook with him just so he could leave terse notes on badly parked cars

mrsjuan Sun 27-Sep-09 15:42:56

Git. Really makes me cross when people do this - especially outside your house FFS - it's fairly obvious that the space will be needed.

cyteen Sun 27-Sep-09 15:48:15

If he does it again, leave a perfectly coiled turd on his bonnet.

clam Sun 27-Sep-09 15:48:57

Wish you'd double-parked.

I know of someone who had a school-run mum park on their drive ! Her DH came home early, assumed it was a guest so parked in front of the car, thinking he'd move when the guest wanted to leave. 10 mins later, doorbell rang, irate woman saying "can you move your car? You're blocking me in!!!!!"

Am glad to report he said "no, I'm busy." and shut the door.
