It's amazing how much you can get done with the pc switched off!!

I had no monitor last week so had to go cold turkey. Man it was hard but now hey look at me... I can take it or leave it.. maybe a dabble at the weekends here and there... maybe if my friends are doing it... just one hour a day.... yes one hour I could do that...

Maybe a little more when I'm a bit stressed...or ...excuse to celebrate...or a bit .. just to cheer me up mind..or when I'm I don't have to do it you understand..
